FIELD: production of nonwoven filtering materials. SUBSTANCE: roll of carrying base is installed in rolling-out mechanism and when unrolled, it gets, first, onto the first conveyer where fibrous layer is formed by fiber-forming members, and then, bending over the turning rollers it gets onto second conveyer. Turning roller is installed above second conveyer, and, in this position, first. material bends over roller and contacts its surface with that side of carrying base on which fibrous layer is not sprayed on. As this side of carrying base possesses low mechanical strength, the previous operation prevents it from destruction; and, second, in its further motion, the material gets onto second conveyer so that its fibrous layer faces conveyer belt, and smooth side of carrying base faces fiber-forming members. When material is moved by second conveyer, fibrous layer is sprayed on smooth side. As a result, material formed presents carrying base to whose both sides fibrous filtering material is applied.
