SUBSTANCE: flexible gear wheel has hub, toothing and flexible members made of beams for undergoing bending loads which are secured to them via their faces and uniformly arranged over periphery. The beams are arranged over trancated conical surface with smaller and grater bases on the hub and toothing at an angle to generatrix of the conical surface correspondingly.
