FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: device has n mobile carriages installed parallel to planes of printed circuit board above and beneath it. Carriages carry mobile probes with independent drives for their translation. Each carriage has windows through which probes pass and in which they move. Probes are attached to opposite planes of carriages. This makes it possible to diminish value of travel of carriages when they come out to tested lands of PCB, to combine time of test of electric parameters of PCB with time of coming of carriages to lands, to reduce speed of translation of carriages and to reduce great dynamic loads on parts of carriages during their translation.
