FIELD: mechanical metal working. SUBSTANCE: stamp has movable and fixed parts pivotally interconnected by one ends. Free end of movable part is provided with a unit for interaction with a drive which consists of thrust bearing, thrust journal with a plate, connecting links, and pins. The movable and fixed parts are interconnected through stands mounted on a base and shaft. The parts of the stamp are positioned with a spaced relation that is no less than thickness of panels. At first, when movable part moves down, stamping at a section of finishing shaping is performed, then at a section of shaping ribs and finally at a section of preliminary shaping.
