FIELD: vertical movement of building-erecting operators. SUBSTANCE: working deck comprises flooring with outer guard, hoisting device and contact blocks mounted on flooring at the guard top level for interaction with rope guides. Fixing carriages are capable of horizontal movement. Flooring has a central opening with an inner guard. Carriages are installed along edges of central opening at the level of contact blocks made in the form of roller shoes installed on carriages. The deck may have a vertical joint. The deck suspension comprises fasteners of contact guide ends, working deck mounted on said guides, and its connection with traction rope. The rope guides are tensioned, creating outthrust force acting on deck. Rope guides can be made from the tackle block ropes of a self-propelled crane. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 9 dwg
