FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: two membranes are installed in a casing with inlet and outlet holes forming driving and working chambers. Connecting spindle links up the membranes. The second valve is disposed in the casing and forms chambers. The first valve is formed by connector spindle having inlet channels capable of connecting drive chamber and spaces of the second valve in extreme positions. Holes in cylindrical bushing communicate the chambers of the second valve with outlet holes of the casing. EFFECT: improved design. 4 dwg
