SUBSTANCE: antidazzling device comprises optical unit made on a removable dome screen in the form of echeloned prisms 3-5-mm thick with a common base and with inclination angles of refracting sides ranging from 5 to 9 deg. The shape and spatial position of zonal prismatic elements before the headlight correspond to its light distribution. This device reduces the dazzling coefficient by 30-50% with practically unchanged range of vision on the road at night, does not call for any technical changes in the design of the car and its headlights.
