FIELD: radio location. SUBSTANCE: unit has in each its synphase and quadrature channels CTD-registers 1, multiplexers 2 and 3, multipliers 4 and 5 and adder 6. Unit also concludes spectrum analyzer 7 made on the base of surface-acoustic waves and synchronizer 8. Information which enters input of the unit is memorized in CTD-registers 1, which combines functions of analog-to-digital converter and storage. Characteristics of tested signal are matched with parameters of surface-acoustic wave spectrum analyzer 7 due to quick reading information out memorized in CTD-registers through multiplexers 2 and 3. Square phase run-on in signals which enter input of spectrum analyzer 7 is eliminated due to adders 4 and 5. Speed and distance of target are determined at output of spectrum analyzer 7 from temporal position of compressed pulses. EFFECT: improved speed of treatment; improved resolution. 1 dwg
