FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: contact bridge is made in form of two parts of open current conductor and conducting body intended for closing parts of conductor. Owing to the fact that angle α in zone of contact of surface of conducting body and parts of current conductor with corresponding longitudinal axes of current conductor is found from relationship a ≥ arcctg K where K - coefficient of friction of contact surfaces, additional force arises which provides pressing of contact parts to each other. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of contact bridge, increased service life owing to elimination of oxidizing of closed contacts and reduction of contact resistance at temperature rise. 3 dwg
