The novelty of the apparatus consists in that it is provided with supports and a bracket attached to the case and with a handle mounted on the bowl. The free end of the handle is placed above the bearing area of one of the supports. The internal diameter of the bowl makes up 1 to 3 valves of the bowl working height, and the distance from the central axis of the bowl to the axis of the handle hinge on the bracket is 2 to 4 values of the bowl working height.
