FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has unit 1 for inputting training texts, unit 2 of showing information, illuminator 4, digital-to-analog converter 3, working place 5 of person under test, drive 6, former 7 and movable matrix reflector 8 which has circuit connections. Visual signals are formed which correspond to training texts. Command signals are converted into optical signal of illumination of training texts. Optical signal is then converted into polybeam signals by means of reflection of light flux from movable matrix reflector, which rotates at speed of 2-20×10-3 turns per second about normal of its base. The normal is deflected to angle 0.5-5.0 deg. periodically in 1-10×10-4 radians about axis of body of revolution, which is formed by normal of base of matrix reflector. Speed of perception of texts may be increased to 20 thousands symbols. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg
