FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: automated production line to manufacture articles by pressing includes following elements installed in technological sequence: induction heating furnace, unit for scalping of billets before pressing located along same axis with heating furnace, horizontal hydraulic press placed along axis parallel to axis of unit for scalping of billets, unit for trimming of flash in the form of intake hopper, for instance, put on bogie moving along track, transportation device to transfer billets from heating furnace to unit for scalping fabricated in the form of floor roller table located under frame of unit for scalping and provided with hoisting-lowering table to transfer billets from roller table to scalping axis positioned in section in front of entry of billet into scalping die, transfer device for transfer of billets from unit for scalping to hydraulic press with unit to feed billets pressing axis. Transportation device to transfer billets from heating furnace to unit for scalping is fitted with second hoisting-lowering table located in section of output of billet from scalping die uniaxially with first hoisting-lowering table. First hoisting-lowering table is provided with retracting rests and second hoisting-lowering table - with stationary rests. Device for transfer of billets from unit for scalping to hydraulic press is built in the form of intake chute rotary on axle mounted on frame and connected to drive cylinder and inclined slide installed rigidly. Unit to feed billets to pressing axis has slider with drive carrying intake prism interacting with rotary spring-loaded locating rest. Unit for trimming of flash is positioned aside to unit for scalping, opposite to hydraulic press. EFFECT: improved efficiency of automated production line. 3 dwg
