FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: suction device consists of suction tube 1 and conical head 2 with flexible annular member 3 filled with air on its end edge. Annular member 3 is separated by lateral circular air-tight partitions into sectors. Sectors are filled with air of same initial pressure. Annular member 3 has two adjacent ribs 13 and 14 of flexible material. Nipple appliance of each sector is located between ribs 13 and 14. Upper edges of ribs 13 and 14 are pressed to each other and to surface of head 2 by cover plates 15 with clamps 16 and 17. In zone of washing out and suction different pressures and velocities are established. In cross dredging from left to right and from right to left half number of sectors are in contact with ground. Each sector responds to parameters of section of washing out zone with which it is in contact. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
