FIELD: mining of gently dipping coal seams. SUBSTANCE: method provides for division of panel into sections along the strike; driving of central and sectional inclined workings; working of recoverable pillars by double face with direct entry to air supplying seam and vent fringe drifts; driving air-supplying sectional inclined workings in front of double faces as recoverable pillars are worked, and driving of ventilation working after double faces after transition of double faces without their rearrangement from central to side section. During additional preparation of air supplying sectional inclined working fresh air current is supplied from front air-supplying sectional inclined working, and coal is transported from double faces of side sections to central inclined working through vent fringe drift of upper double face of central section.
