FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: dust-collecting plant has hollow guard, fan, air ducts, dry- and wet-type dust collectors. Dry-type dust collector consists of turning valve, air distributor and gates of inlet and outlet holes, kinematically connected by means of levers and rods with control handle. Plant has also T-piece with slide valves, air nozzles and receiver. Dust collector consists of body with inlets and outlets and filter. Dust accumulator is located under dust collector. It has wheel with blades for uniform discharge of dust particles. During operation, air from face space under rarefaction created by fan in inner space of guard passes through discharge port and seal to guard hollow, air duct, receiver and dust collector. Filter is regenerated by closing inlet and outlet holes of filter by gates. In this case, air current from filter hollow by means of turning valve is directed to dust collector suction end. As a result, air pressure reaches its maximum in receiver and rarefaction is created in hollow of dust collector body. Then, closed with one gate are outlet holes, and the other gate opens outlet holes. On so doing, air from receiver through outlet holes rushes into rarefied space of dust collector causing filter to drop dust from its walls. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
