FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has flat shield with control drive, U-shaped water drain wall forming, together with gate panel, a space accommodating box, central section of curvilinear lip connected with front wall of box, two extreme sections of curvilinear lip connected to shield panel. These sections are made hermetically sealed. Horizontal lip is arranged along length of inner space of box. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced metal usage owing to reduction of box sections, number of ribs and length of horizontal lip. 5 dwg
