FIELD: control systems; automatics. SUBSTANCE: flip-flop has three-input NOT-OR gate 1, two-input NOT-OR gates 2 and 3, the first bistable gate 4, two-input NOT-OR gates 5, 6, the second bistable gate 7. NOT-OR gates 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 have inputs 9, 8 and 10 and outputs 11 and 12. Bistable gates 4 and 7 have two pairs of individual inputs 13, 14 and 15, 16 and outputs 17 and 18. Jet flip-flop has outputs 19, 20, count input 21 and channels 22, 23 for setting flip-flop into initial position. EFFECT: improved speed of operation of jet flip-flop. 1 dwg
