FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: device has table with drive and fixing arm, mechanism for parting and preparation of metal moulds with pusher arranged along the center of the frame. The mechanism is a stand with shaped pockets and sector grips fastened on the axles of the frame for rotation and interaction with rocker positioned in the upper part of the pusher, and tie-rods hinged with movable clutch arranged in the middle part of the pusher. Value of free motion of the pusher is equal to not less than height of the metal mould lock and not more than 1/4 of internal diameter of the metal mould. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of casting. 5 dwg
