FIELD: gear wheel treatment. SUBSTANCE: shaper has rotor 5 carrying instrumental supports 13, into which spindles 14 with individual drives and annular tables 8 are mounted; tables 8 carry dividing tables 11. Functional connections between actuating elements are carried out by means of synchronizing unit. The unit has rotor 5- annular tables 8 synchronizing channels; number of channels is equal to number of pairs connected functionally - spindle-annular table and spindle-dividing table. Unit also has three common pulse-analog converters. Rotor-annular table synchronizing channels have pulse measuring converter 18 mounted onto the rotor and connected with counter. Output of the counter is connected with the first inputs of the first phase discriminator unit through AND-OR gate unit. The second inputs of phase discriminator unit are connected with outputs of the first counter unit, which is connected with converter 25 mounted onto longitudinal tables. Spindles-annular tables synchronizing channels have pulse measuring converters 37 mounted onto spindles 14 and connected with the second counter unit. Outputs of the latter are connected with the first inputs of the first phase discriminator unit 23 through AND-OR gate unit. Spindles-dividing tables synchronizing channels have pulse measuring converters 40 mounted onto dividing tables 11 and connected with counter unit. Outputs of the counter unit are connected with the first inputs of phase discriminator unit. Correcting channels of spindle drives have reference signal generator which is connected with counter which has output connected with the third phase discriminator unit. The second inputs of this unit are connected with the second counter unit, and outputs of the unit are connected with the first inputs of unit 54 through pulse-analog converter 53. Track switches 56 are mounted onto the rotor. Outputs the switches are connected with the first inputs of trigger unit. EFFECT: improved precision of treatment. 6 dwg
