FIELD: machine-tool industry. SUBSTANCE: bed-frame 1 has pole 2 with vertically movable spindle stock 6, rear pole 4 and crossing table 3. Front pole 2 is located in cantilever, that is capable to move along longitudinal guides of bed-frame 1 having vertical shaft, around which pole 2 is capable to turn and move along it. Machine is used for different operations: during cutting and boring operations lathe mandrel is set in spindle 13 and chisel holder is mounted on table 3; during long pieces cutting operations and flat grinding they turn pole 2, placing spindle 13 perpendicular to longitudinal guides 5 of bed-frame and during high pieces processing pole is moved along vertical axis.
