FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus uses deformations of suspension and driver seat as control parameters. Speed of movement is limited by braking by force of elasticity of seat and oscillations of motor car and load, caused by changes of supporting surface. In case of driver absence on working seat then seat suspension brakes car. In case of intolerable oscillations of motor car frame speed is limited by suspension of underframe. During braking process first accumulated energy of excessive moving force is used. After accumulated energy decreases below critical marking, braking is exercised by force of weight of spring-loaded mass till stop and keep it in stationary state. Chamber of pneumatic brake is connected with line of tow brake control. Driver seat and underframe suspension are connected with control organ of braking valve. EFFECT: usage of apparatus prevents motor car movement without driver and speed of movement (with driver) is limited in compliance with state of supporting surface(road). 3 dwg
