FIELD: railroad transport. SUBSTANCE: device has drive 1 and power actuator connected with it. The actuator has side stops 3 for interaction with cheeks 4 of the coupler yoke 5 and is made in form of step-up gear. Detachable connection of the drive with step-up gear case is ensured by means of guiding sleeve 6, inside which the rod 8 is passed connecting the step-up gear and the drive. Availability of the releasing unit and step-up gear allows considerable force required to overcome the forces of static friction of the friction members of absorbing sets of new design of increased power capacity to be produced.
