FIELD: medicine, allergology. SUBSTANCE: percentage of red blood cells with electrophoretic mobility (EPM) of 1,0 μm· c-1·b-1·cm and higher is determined in control and at the presence of penicillin. Penicillin hypersensitivity is diagnosed, if the percentage of red blood cells with EPM of at least 1,0 μm· c-1·b-1·cm and more increased by 10 % at the presence of penicillin. EFFECT: simplified technique.
