Digital compensator is manufactured in the form of amplifier 6, attenuator 7, adder 8, amplifier 9, analog-to-digital converter 10, on-line storage 11 and digital-to-analog converter 12. Control unit includes former 13, counters 14,15, flip-flop 16 and AND gate 17. Excitation generator is composed of master generator 18, counters 19, 21, multiplexer 20 and power amplifier 22.
