It realizes time integration of processes of generation of two-line codes of result and their transform to one-line codes, reduces number of iterations of algorithm of calculations. For this purpose device having units of AND gates from first up to 2n+2 (2n is transform dimension), 2n units of OR gates, registers from first up to 2n+1-th of first group, two groups of 2n adders is inserted with units of OR gates from (2n+1) to (2n+1) and 2n+1 registers of second group.
