With insertion of new elements and couplings new discipline of functioning of threshold decoder of convolution code is realized consisting in taking decision on value of noise symbol performed on basis of flexible solutions across threshold element. In addition correction of correction signal from output of threshold element is conducted due to determination of value of noise symbol which enables most of thrice-repeated errors to be corrected in the aggregate.
