FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: threshing unit deck has transverse threshing planks and longitudinal rods of different length, with short and long rods disposed in front portion of deck and only long rods disposed in rear portion of deck. Space between long rods in rear portion of deck exceeds that between rods of front portion of deck. Threshing unit deck is characterized in that two rotary rakes are mounted on planks of rear portion of deck in bearings in mirror arrangement one with respect to the other. Rotary rakes are provided with levers, which are pivotally interconnected by variable length tie-rod. Rakes are opened or closed by means of this tie-rod to provide for regulation of sowing capacity of threshing-separating sieve of deck. EFFECT: provision for separation of corn grains as well as of grain and cob mixture of increased humidity and elimination of necessity for making specific increased openings in sieves of stepped straw-walkers of combine. 2 cl, 4 dwg
