SUBSTANCE: torch has body with shielding gas feed channel formed by coaxial and communicating bushing with central conical channel narrowing in direction of torch working end face and mixing chamber 8 connected with nozzle 7. Fitted in nozzle are sleeve with radial outlet holes 9 and guide tube 2 to direct consumable electrode installed in shielding gas feed channel with ring clearance relative to bushing 5. End face of bushing 5 nearest to working end face of torch is arranged at distance 1 from radial outlet holes along axis within limits where D - diameter of mixing chamber 8; d - outer diameter of guide tube. Sum of areas of cross sections of outlet holes 9 is equal to or greater than area of cross section of mixing chamber 8. Air nozzle 7 is arranged at outlet hole of bushing 5.
