FIELD: machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a gripping device in the form of electromagnet 16, that may be moved for gripping blanks to different zones of container 19, uniformly spaced along its surface. The blank is being discharged by the gripping device into guiding trough 17 of an orienting unit, and it being fed to delivery position 18. A splitting plate is mounted in guiding trough 17 for separating extra blanks; a hatch for recharging is provided before the splitting plate.
