FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: reduction gear has clutch shaft, gearbox drive shaft and countershaft installed in cups of clutch housing and gearbox case. Fitted on ends of clutch and drive shafts and in countershaft cup are gears meshed with each other. Clutch shaft furnished with gear rim is connected by toothed sleeve in turn with two gears. Novelty is that bearing cup of clutch shaft has hole with fitted-in axle on which idler gear is installed. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 4 dwg
