SCRAPER BOWL Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

FIELD: ground works and construction equipment. SUBSTANCE: scraper bowl has front mounted blade thrower with guiding shell, made of movable front and rear sections. Hydraulic drive of thrower has linked with bowl hydraulic cylinder, rod of which is connected by lever with thrower drum and throttle control unit. Piston cavity of hydraulic cylinder is connected through controlled hydraulic distributer with hydraulic accumulator. Thrower hydraulic drive has additional hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic distributer, hydraulic accumulator, pressure-operated valve and valve. Thrower guiding shell is made of two movable parts, mounted with capability of angular movement relatively to drum shaft. Rear part of guiding shell is hinged to rod of additional hydraulic cylinder, body of which is linked to stationary body of thrower and piston cavity of additional hydraulic cylinder communicates with hydraulic accumulator, which by its first hydraulic line through valve is communicated with discharge, and by second hydraulic line through pressure-operated valve, that has control chamber, communicated with hydraulic accumulator - with pressure hydraulic trunk. Hydraulic cylinder rod cavity has mechanism of adjustment of rod movement and is communicated with first line of four-position four-line hydraulic distributer, second line of which is communicated with pressure hydraulic trunk, third line - with discharge and fourth line - with cavity of sensor of ground volume, that is mounted on rear wall of bowl. Additional hydraulic distributer has capability being in first position of valve to arrange communication of first line with second line and being in second position of valve to arrange communication of first and fourth lines with discharge and being in third position of valve to arrange communication of first line with fourth line. EFFECT: scraper bowl is effective in used in ground works and construction. 1 dwg
