FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: covering has ferroconcrete chute-like layer rigidly coupled with insulation layer and carrying ferroconcrete plates with ribs. Insert, whose altitude is the same as altitude of the ribs, is interposed between the ribs. Longitudinal ribs have concave top side and surface for bearing of a chute-like member. The member takes form of the longitudinal ribs if placed. Width of the ferroconcrete layer and chute-like member is grater than width of heat insulation. In assembling the layer and member are placed with a shift in opposite directions with respect to the heat insulation. Width of the heat insulation is constant.
