FIELD: oil-extractive industry. SUBSTANCE: device has branch pipe provided with through channel and holes. Hollow case with radial holes is mounted eccentrically relatively lifting tubes column. Saddle and gate spring-loaded from above are mounted in the case; gate has hollow shank and annular fixing groove. Device has spring-loaded cylindrical bushings and piston provided with a rod; bushings and piston are put onto shank of the gate in perpendicular. Piston is mounted onto shank of internal bushing. Sealing surface of the gate is made in form of truncated cone which has semi-opening of a cone within 28^°± 20′. Smaller base of the cone is oriented to the saddle, which is made with sharp working edge. EFFECT: widened application. 1 dwg
