FIELD: roasting in annular furnace. SUBSTANCE: packs of bricks are arranged in rows, with burners being disposed in spaces between packs of bricks. Extension made from refractory material is disposed on upper wall of channeled bottom. Lumps of refractory disposed in lower part of extension are cemented and lumps of refractory in upper part are disposed in loose manner. Lump material of extension imparts resistance of channeled bottom to the action of flame, with bottom accumulating heat. EFFECT: intensified heating of lower rows of bricks and roasting. 1 dwg
