FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: upon dividing one of analyzed signals by other, phase shift of 90 deg. is unambiguously determined between these signals by absence of difference between modula of selected intake-polarity values of product signal at time moments of t1 and t2 inside half-cycle of divisor signal equally spaced in time from center of half-cycle under discussion. Device has divider unit, control pulse shaper, two retrieval and storage units, comparison unit. Proposed device makes it possible not only to determine phase shift of 90 deg. between sine-wave signals as compared to prototype, but also offers more simple design and accuracy, especially in infralow-frequency range even when amplitude of oscillations of analyzed signals greatly differ from each other and vary at the same time in large dynamic range.
