FIELD: electric machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: in process of manufacture of winding first start-working part of winding is manufactured, pole-phase zone is filled only partially and coil end of winding is bent in first tier. after this working part of winding is manufactured with the use of other attachments. Then formation of pole-phase zone in slots is completed and coil end parts of winding are bent in second tier. Finally coil parts of winding are insulated and active sides of coil half-groups are magnetically encapsulated in slots. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 3 dwg
