FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: non-regulated voltage sources are used as bias voltage sources for matching units and as supply voltage sources for phase-shifting units. Device incorporates electric coupling between outputs of bias voltage sources; signal picked off control signal shaper output can be supplied simultaneously to inputs of two matching units. EFFECT: provision for device control from one control signal shaper at any polarity of output voltage of converter whose control is effected by this device. 3 dwg
