FIELD: multichannel communication. SUBSTANCE: device has weight factors calculation unit 1, permanent memory unit 2, N digit-analogous converters 3, N multipliers 4, summator 5, channel signals frequency standard generator 6, delay unit 7, clock-pulse generator 8. Quasi-orthogonal signals are used as standard ones, inter-correlation factors of which are known, constant and recorded in unit 2. Process of multiplexing provides for summing up of frequency standard channel signals multiplied by respective weight factor. The factors are calculated using following matrix equation: with /R - matrix of correlation factors, - required factors vector, - vector of information signals. Line signal is determined by equation with X - value of group signal, - vector of standard frequency channel signals. After received signal X is multiplied by respective standard frequency channel signal, it takes form of with - is respective vector-column of matrix /R.
