In the front head the jaws turn on a lever around the vertical axle, the lever interacts through a slider with a spiral spring located transversely in a fixed case. In order to regulate the stress of the head actuating, the axles are located on a plate shifting in the longitudinal direction, the holes in the levers are made lengthened.
