FIELD: vulcanization of pneumatic tire casings. SUBSTANCE: device comprises movable 1 and stationary 2 press-mold halves, flexible diaphragm 7 with upper 8 and lower 9 clamping discs, diaphragm control cylinder 11, cylinder 12 for vertical motion of lower clamping disc 9, radiator 23 connected by waveguide 22 with UHF-energy source 25, folding, unfolding and rotation drives 27 of radiator 23. Installed in central hole of upper clamping disc 8 is cap 18 with its vertical motion drive 31. Lower end of coaxial waveguide 22 carries radiator 23 secured in cap cavity. Platform 24 installed outside and capable of moving relative to cap 19 has UHF-energy source 25 and drives 27, 29 and 30. Rod of diaphragm control cylinder 11 has sleeve 14 with radial holes accommodating slides 15 connected by links 17 with rod of drive 16. Slides 15 interact with circular groove 18 provided on the walls of upper clamping disc 8. EFFECT: improved design. 4 dwg
