FIELD: mechanisms of continuous transportation of heavy cargoes. SUBSTANCE: walking-beam conveyer with vertical delivery of cargoes has movable and fixed frames, drives for hoisting and moving the movable frame and mechanism for vertical motion of cargoes which is made in form of rack rigidly connected with movable frame by means of uprights. This rack has cantilever shelves with opening between them and carriage made in form of two-section rack with longitudinal openings between its cantilever shelves secured to uprights of the carriage and opening between sections which receives the rack of the movable frame. Fixed frame is provided with holding member for the cargo. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 8 dwg
