FIELD: transfer of materials. SUBSTANCE: device has sides secured to the frame and shut-off device located between them which is linked with the drive by means of screw gear. Innovation of the invention consists in connection of shut-off device with screw gear which is made in form of two rods secured on the shut-off device and provided with shock absorbers and cross-piece with supports at the ends which receive the ends of the rods fitted with limiters located on two sides in a spaced relation to each support; center portion of the cross-piece is connected with screw gear by means of nut; sides are provided with stops secured for engagement with shock absorbers.
