SUBSTANCE: the composition comprises for a covering comprises (parts): 100 butadienepiperylene rubber having a molecular weight of 1200-3200; 1-3 glycerol; 16-28 polyisocyanate; 30-60 chalk; and 20-60 elastic filler such as hydroxylated rubber crumb having 2.4-6.7% concentration of hydroxyl groups. The properties of the covering made of the claimed composition: the conventional tensile strength is 1.7-1.8 MPa; the deformation is 55-62 mm, the rebound elasticity is 36-43%; the complex dynamic modulus is 3.2-4.1 MPa and the mechanical loss angle tangent is 0.134-0.162.
