FIELD: continuous hardening methods. SUBSTANCE: hardening device with induction heating of parts having curvilinear surface comprises frame 1, inductor 2, sprayer 3, guides and master form, frame-mounted roller block interacting with master form, and mechanism for moving the work in the form of carriage 14 with work-clamping unit, main drive, additional drive and coupling 8 which is capable of alternating interaction with drives. Carriage 14 has spring-loaded slide capable of moving perpendicularly to longitudinal axis of carriage. Work clamping unit is disposed on one end of slide and the roller block, on the other one. Carriage and master form are connected with each other and with coupling by a chain transmission. EFFECT: device ensures quality machining of parts with large and small joining radii. 7 dwg
