FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: body 1 of loom shuttle comprises thread outlet hole 5 at shuttle point in front wall, projection 6 extending along front wall with vertical thread outlet hole 7 disposed preferably at equal distances from points. Weft thread passes through hole 5 from shuttle box, moves over upper part of projection towards vertical hole 7 and thence, over lower surface of projection, towards fabric edge. EFFECT: disclosed shuttle produces the narrowest sections of contour fabrics with high-quality edges. 6 dwg
