FIELD: load handling. SUBSTANCE: deck comprises spacer struts with crosspiece, a load-bearing frame articulated thereto with a provision for turning in vertical plane, roll-out platform mounted on frame, and telescopic strut articulated to inner end of frame. Articulated to the outer end of said frame is swinging frame-type boom with load sheave. Roll-out platform has swinging stops which interact with boom frame and have the form of axle-mounted levers, and a drive secured on the other end of said frame. Said drive is made as a winch with flexible ties connected to levers. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
