FIELD: analytic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method consists in extracting b-indoleacetic acid from analyzed sample with toluene solution of quaternary ammonium base in form of chloride ion containing from 30 to 60 carbon atoms within quaternary ammonium base concentration of 1·10-4-1·10-3 mole/l and pH of 7-9. Further, the analysis is carried by luminescent method with λexc = 280 nm, λlum = 350 nm, register intensity of luminescence of quaternary ammonium base solution. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 tbl
