FIELD: automatic control. SUBSTANCE: temperature is regulated with heater 4; the excessive refrigerating capacity is adjusted with a regulated electric drive by the deviation of the current value of the refrigerating capacity from the minimum one. The device has temperature-sensitive element 1 and temperature reference-input element 2 connected to the inputs of regulating device 3, heater 4, meter 5 of the power fed to heater 4, comparator unit 6, the set-point device 7 of the excessive refrigerating capacity, summator 8, integrator 9, power converter 10 and electric motor 11 of the refrigerating plant drive. Electric motor 11 is connected to the output of power converter 10. The voltage proportional to the voltage drop of set-point device 7 and power meter 5 is formed at the output of comparator unit 6. The voltage going to the summator input causes alteration at its output of the voltage going to the governing input of power converter 10. As the rotational speed of electric motor 11 is increased, the temperature measured by element 1 is lowered. EFFECT: reduction of the power and the excessive refrigerating capacity, increase in resource and in the temperature stabilization precision. 2 cl, 1 dwg
