FIELD: production of rolled product. SUBSTANCE: as pass size is adjusted, eccentric sleeve pairs associated with one roll are rotated in opposite directions by means of rotating mechanism, toothed sectors and rack. Movement of rolls along axis of rolling is effectuated by rotation of screw, which results in displacement of rack parts in opposite directions, with eccentric sleeve pairs rotating in like directions. EFFECT: high quality of rolled product by eliminating tube curvature occurring in the process of reducing due to displacement of rolls along axis of rolling in opposite directions. 2 dwg
