FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: vacuum forming equipment has model plate, hollow model with high protruding parts and deep pocket, whose cavity is communicated with atmosphere. Vent openings in flask and model are communicated with vacuum system. Model cavity is connected with atmosphere and model plate is connected with compressed air source and with atmosphere. Device for pressing film to model is formed as box communicated with compressed air pipelines and with atmosphere and engaging by its flare portion with outlines of model plate. Sluice chamber disposed in upper part of box is adapted for feeding refractory filler into flask and is communicated with compressed air pipelines and atmosphere. Vacuum forming equipment allows high-quality lining of models with high protruding parts and deep pockets to be provided. EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider operational capabilities including provision for usage of films easy of access and having low plasticity, for example films from polyethylene, to obtain castings of complex shape having different sizes. 2 cl, 13 dwg
